At Engwe, we stand by the quality of our electric bikes and want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Shipment

    Carefully pack your Engwe e-bike in its original box, ensuring all tools, batteries, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship to Warehouse

    Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated service center for inspection.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
